Delivery Terms
Our shipping charges outlined on this site are only to the UK mainland EXCLUDING the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands & Northern Ireland. Should you live in the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, or outside the UK then please contact us to discuss your requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that all the details you give are correct as we cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery arising out of incorrect information that you have provided.
We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within two working days. Our working days are Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We will send you an email with your invoice attached on the day that we despatch your order or when you order is ready to collect.
Once despatched your goods will normally be delivered within 3 working days.
These lead times and delivery times are not binding.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that some delivery drivers may operate outside these times. We are unable to accept specific requests for times or days.
Some deliveries are made by a tail lift lorry, and therefore you must ensure that we have suitable access and are able to stop and unload safely. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for and unload the delivery, using your own equipment where necessary. Once unloaded it is your responsibility to get the goods inside your premises.
Deliveries can consist of more than one box or pallet. Ensure you check the delivery note and sign for the correct amount.
If there are any signs of damage to your consignment, please notify us immediately by email and note this on the delivery manifest. If you suspect significant damage has been caused, do not accept the delivery.

Next Day Plumbing Supplies Ltd will accept back product purchased within the last 12 months and will issue a credit at the invoiced or lowest price paid during this period, in accordance with the below.
How to arrange the return of items no longer required
- Request Return Authorisation by emailing Next Day Plumbing Supplies Ltd quoting your purchase order number/invoice number.
- Provide details of the product(s) and quantity of each, along with a brief reason for return.
- Our Customer Services team will provide you with a copy of the Return Authorisation which includes the returns address.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee – 20% of the nett value if you arrange the return – 25% of the nett value if we arrange collection of the item.*
- If you wish to add or change the Return Authorisation, please contact Customer Services for authorisation. Any products received without authorisation will not be accepted and will be disposed of. • Products purchased through a promotion offer or that are bespoke cannot be returned. *Applicable to UK Mainland only. Areas outside the UK Mainland may be subject to additional minimum restocking charges. Conditions The return of any goods is conditioned upon:
- Obtaining a Return Authorisation from Customer Services before goods are returned.
- Products must arrive undamaged and in a resalable condition. Open, worn or marked packaging (including references or transportation labels) will be charged repackaging fees unless agreed in advance. If a product requires re-packaging a charge of up to £5 per item will be deducted. How to arrange the return of faulty items Faulty items will only be accepted back within 12 months from the date of purchase.* All returns are tested and if we determine that the item displays no manufacturing fault then we will write to inform you to request collection at your cost or for the product to be disposed of.
